  June 25, 2011 - Silky smooth, but starting to dry out and loose it's fruit compliment. Elegant, soothing
  aged red color with a Bordeaux like nose, this red is showing quite nicely at this stage.
  Dried raspberry and wild berry with a profound mix of chocolate and a dash of spice.
  Still maintains mouthcoating tannins and broad shoulders, as this Napa blend glides
  into a slightly oaked finish accented with pretty mint. Drink now and into 2012 - 96
  Cabernet horizontal.
