  August 27, 2011 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Double blind tasting. Nose immediately took me to Burgundy, and I gladly stayed there for a few minutes before tasting the wine. Flavors were alas a big more structured than I'd expect for an old Burg. Some dark fruit lingering on the edges with lots of earthy textures, and a finish that was eventually very simple and too acidic. Started low 90s, ended mid 80s.
