  June 25, 2011 - Decanted for 5 1/2 hours. Very dark purple that stains the glass. The smell of black fruits and cassis are right there in front of the nose. Concentrated black fruits, black cherries and currants on the palate. Tannins are still prevalent but I think the decanting helped. Great mountain fruit and should get better through the years. My type of cab and would've scored it much much higher if I could've gotten a good deal on the bottles. {Note: I originally put this in the wrong section/moved here}.
