The palate is dry, almost steely, but there is a textural component here that keeps it from being unflattering. Gains some weight and added complexity (herbal notes a touch of saline) with airtime, but hard to improve from the first pour. Lovely, very refreshing. Drink thru 2019, 13,5% abv. score: A-
