  October 11, 2011 - Judges dinner. No ullage. Clean cork. Moderate sediment, much applied to the sides of the bottle. Decanted 4 hours in advance.
  
  At last this wine has come into its drinkability. Deep russet colour with lots of fruit on nose and great depth of fruit on palate. A true super second and worth the wait.
