  November 5, 2011 - Outstanding nose. Cigar box, spice, leather, even a pain de epice notes at one point. Jumps from the glass is an accurate description. Palate carries the same noets, along with the currant and dark fruit flavors, and mineraliity too. Tannins and acidity are still there, but nicely balanced. The wine is drinking beautifuuly, but is still in its ascendency.
