Almost sweet on opening, it relaxes progressively with air exposure, tantalizing with early hints of Riesling complexity and texture. Some grapefruit, lots of glycerol cushioning still, giving a sensation of richness. A nice bottle with pan-fried sole. The advanced coloration concerns me a bit.
