  November 4, 2011 - A weekend with friends in Germany Mosel area: Part 1: Beautiful bouquet with still loads of fruit, spiciness and elegance. Juicy fruits on the palate. A touch of sweetness and soft and round tannin. Elegant. Also a slight touch of oxidation. Overall this is a great wine, but it lacks something. Hard to describe what. Tension? Not as complex as one hopes for? Nevertheless still an excellent wine.
