  November 25, 2011 - Wheat a difference a day makes! Open in the decanter overnight - now I have a perfectly balanced wine, with a very nice combination of black and red fruit with tannin and some earthiness. I will wait 4-5 years before I open the next bottle with great anticipation, and I am not selling my remaining ones any longer...
