  November 25, 2011 - Opened before dinner, decanted. Opaque crimson core, just a little bricking at the edge. Aromas of chocolate, meat, plum, mushroom and black cherry; a hint of saddle leather with additional air. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and nice acidity- needs to be consumed with a meal. Flavors of chocolate, plum and dark fruit with a nice lingering finish. 92-93 pts.
