  November 12, 2011 - Crème de Cassis, black fruit and plum notes with a rich velvety mouth. You could barely tell this was a grenache—it was almost syrah-like. Super long finish with great balance. Very high alcohol content but it was amazingly well integrated with absolutely no signs of it. Easily the best grenache I've had to date.
