The wine has a pleasant aroma of pomegranate, earth, game and aniseed. In the mouth, weight has been shed from its skeleton as is customary for a wine during a period of slumber, but ‘Swiper’ has swooped on the bones devouring all remaining flesh to leave a wiry, metallic frame. It is ok with food but I think we should all join in with Dora and boots and scream ‘Swiper no swiping’!
