  December 17, 2011 - Raveneau '05s are so special across the board. Just like the Montee de Tonnerre, this has a tropical touch that is less typical of a Chablis, more of the '05 vintage. But the citrus and the edgy acidity of Chablis is there, guaranteeing amazing balance. Great intensity of flavors. Live medium ++ finish.
