December 21, 2011 - No notes taken, but this is most enjoyable. Good citrus fruit notes on the nose. Barely mid-weight on the palate with nice balance and good flavor intensity. This is a simple, well put together sparkling wine with no obvious flaws that is perfectly suitable for holiday gatherings with family and friends.
