  December 23, 2011 - Pale golden color. Fruity nose which grabs attention and holds on firmly. Some citrus and stone fruit with just a hint of yeasty notes. Medium bodied, lush Champagne. Sweet pear fruit sweeps over the mid palate while simultaeously showing off an excellent backbone of acidic structure. Some mineral notes emerge on the back of the palate along with some soft, tart citrus notes which persist trough the long finish. Good stuff!
