  December 17, 2011 - Last year I scored Chasse Spleen a point less than Poujeaux; this year a point more. The oak shows more luxury in the bouquet now, with good toast, cassis and coffee. On the palate good cassis, oak and tannin. Good acidity as well. Elegant and a fairly long finish. Will improve with another 4 - 5 years of ageing.
