  December 25, 2011 - Decanted for 4 four hours and was not enough. My 7 year old said it smelled like hot dogs.....so much for the wisdom of youth. The bouquet is full of red fruit, vanilla and a little alcohol. This is a beautiful bottle that has years to go. Drinkable now but I would wait for another 3 year to try again. This may gain a couple more points....could be great.
