  December 25, 2011 - Really, really good for the vintage. Lean and food friendly, this had a light, glowing russet color with notes of sour cherry, stone fruits, mineral, tobacco and spice. Ideal as an aperitif with charcuterie rather than with a hearty meal. Drink now.
