  December 29, 2011 - Notes from memory re: last night's bottle. Very average and disappointing on the pop. Opened up over the course of 4 hours into something of greater depth and complexity, but still not worth the tariff. 91 points at its peak, about 3 hours in. Tried the second day and it held strong but did not further improve.
