  January 2, 2012 - Blackberry and oak/vanilla notes on nose. Full body, very rich & creamy. Best thing about this wine is the mouthfeel. However, after that it falls short for me. Black pepper and other spices on the finish are too prominent. Need more balance with fruit. I paired with a rich pork dish. Not a wine for sipping.
