  September 9, 2011 - Beautiful wine that aged extremely well. We drank it next to a good 2009 chardonnay to really underscore the difference between an aged and new chard. I think all the friends we ate with will reconsider aging white wine after this. Could probably stand up to another 5 years, but prime time is now!
