January 29, 2012 - Still fabulous. Did not take notes, but paired with braised short ribs and truffle oil infused mushroom risotto, the VT shows perfect balance, with prominent Provencal herb nose and flavors. Not in danger of going over the hill, and with a long persistent finish. Lovely wine.
