  February 14, 2012 - The wine offered black currant, blackberry, plum, bell pepper and chocolate on the nose. The palate reflected the nose pretty well as the wine showed black currant, blackberry, plum, bell pepper, some spices and chocolate on the palate. The chewy wine had good length. The alcohol was a little out of balance and the wine was not distinctively complex, but other than that this fruit-driven Cab was well-made and turned out to be an extremely enjoyable middle-of-the-week wine. Would buy again. 88+
