  February 17, 2012 - Minerally and honeyed nose. Rich, dry and well defined. Deep and layered with a great acidic structure. Very intense and tight, even a bit harsh at the moment. The kind of complex flavor profile that does not translate well into words. Gets better with every second in the glass; should be cellared for a few years.
