  February 19, 2012 - Tasting Group Dinner: Piedmont (Damico Kitchen): Dark red color. Unknown decant, fairly short I believe. Drank 1 glass over 1 hr. Nose is fairly open with violets, earth, red fruits of cherry, and berries, oak. The palate is fairly tight, tart red fruit, spice, oak, firm tannins. Very young, hard to gauge at this point. probably 89-90pts.
