  February 25, 2012 - A bright and fantastic pinot now but will only get better with a few more years in the cellar. Decanted for an hour and it was ready to go. Paired well with Italian dinner as the feature of the evening. Haven't had this since our visit to the tasting room but am sooooo happy to rediscover it's qualities this evening.
