  February 26, 2012 - This Vilmart continues to drink very well. It is extremely well balanced and has light floral flavors with good minerality. In terms of a quality NV champagne that will appeal to a wide range of champagne drinkers and non-champagne drinkers alike it does not get much better than this Vilmart. However, this is still young and will certainly show further improvment over the next 2-5 years.
