  March 17, 2012 - This one depends on your preferences.. the wine was light, almost colorless, with a very light bouquet of fields of grass. The taste was pleasant, low acid, low sugar, slightly minerally and grass-y (which is characteristic of NZ Sauvignon Blancs I believe). Limited aftertaste. So, if all that sounds good to you, this is your wine. I tend to like my whites bolder, crisper, with more color and bouquet, so I was disappointed. It's not bad, it's just okay.
