  March 17, 2012 - Salmon with yellow hues, hardly noticeable bubbling and lite in the glass. Clean cherry, nectarine, citrus and yeast on the nose. Lite body with a nice balance of minerals, citrus and ripe red fruit on the palate. Clean and refreshing. Short finish.
