  April 8, 2012 - Popped and poured and served with food. Followed over about three hours. Light straw coloe; nice nose of green apple and some lemon. In the mouth, good green apple flavors, nicely balanced with the lemon-lime crispness. Quiet an elegant wine, light on its feet, showing grace and depth of flavor. very tasty.
