  May 5, 2012 - On sight you wouldn't really know this is a rose. Lovely golden hue with no hint of pink. Robust nose of strawberry and bread; medium body, full flavour, concentrated, mellow. Good length. Still vigorous and dare I say 'fresh' even at 14 years of age. My favourite Roederer wine of the range. I personally think this has more class even than Cristal. It's now fully mature, but seems to be hanging on in there, but it does begin to fade in the glass slightly after about half an hour. Having said that it probably still has another two or three years before it begins to tip over the edge. Consistent notes. Estimated maturity 2003-2014
