Apparently Pecorino is consumed largely with fish in Italy, and I tested this hypothesis successfully. What makes this wine so interesting is that it has beautifully ripe fruit, yet racy lipsmacking acidity. This is definitely meant to be consumed young, but it's worth picking up a case of this anytime. Truly remarkable stuff. My wife loved it too.
