  May 21, 2012 - Aromas of apricots, tropical fruit, orange marmalade, baking spices and smoke. Rich with good concentration and depth with waves of flavors on the palate supported by fairly good acidity. Not cloying, but not as precise as one could hope. Very good length. Should gain more complexity with time, but quite enjoyable now.
