  June 2, 2012 - There was nothing to this wine when the bottle first first opened straight out of the fridge - BUT once it had warmed a little it was exquisite! Typical young Hunter Sem aromas - grassy, some citrus and melon. Same to taste, sharp, lots of acid. This is great to drink now and will be a cracka in 4-5 years.
