  June 9, 2012 - i didn't keep notes on this as it was consumed at the end of a dinner party. has a lightning bolt of acidity which carries dark fruit, espresso and chocolate. this was palate refreshing even at the end of the night. best i have ever tasted by far from the now defunct partnership. i would call this a drink now bottle. decanted for 2 hours, lots of sediment.
