  June 18, 2012 - Truly Superb wine. I don't know how a CDP could be any better. Stunning aroma of Provencal herbes, spices, leather, and meaty goodness. The palate is perfectly balanced, textured and lovely, but balanced by the acids. Flavors from the nose spread across the palate, expanding in the mid palate, and finish with lingering persistence. The best example of this wine I've ever tasted.
