  July 3, 2012 - My last and favorite bottle of this wine. All the classic scents of orange peel, beeswax, and wooly funk married to an unctuous, creamy mouthfeel. Much fatter and rounder than your normal-vintage Savennieres, with the acidity taking a clear backseat, but still a wonderful food wine, and like any good Savennieres, a completely sui generis beverage.
