  July 4, 2012 - Although this wine came top in the recent Times Rioja tasting, and despite these enthusiastic reviews, my only bottle so far was a disappointment. Given the hype, wide availability, and good prices, and being a traditional Rioja lover anyhow, I stocked up without tasting first. Seems a huge amount of this was made, so bottle variation must be common. Hope the next specimen shows better integration and something more on the finish.
