  January 2, 2007 - Clear garnet in color with an orange tinted rim; This was a Barbaresco entering maturity. There were cherry, floral and earthy aromas carrying through with the same flavors. The finish was very long and aromatic with cherry and minerals. Velvet texture. It was balanced with some evident acid and tannin and room for additional improvement. A wine that should always be with food.
