  July 14, 2012 - Still has a great nose of caramel, vanilla bean, truffles and minerals. Lovely orange zest and minerals on the palate. Great amount of acidity and some buttery richness on the finish. I think this is drinking as well as it can -- really surprised at how well this showed.
