  August 11, 2012 - Very dense dark red purple with a dense fruit nose. Fairly rustic front with acid and cedar structure leading to black fruit, plum and sour black cherry....maybe some currant. Seems a bit young but promising. Has the structure which is unusual for the veriatal. Very nice and unusual.
