August 23, 2012 - - Light gold color with medium forming legs and aromas of lemon. It's balanced and has flavours of peach and apple with a medium body. Smooth texture with a short finish - Light fruits and lemon throughout. Smooth and full of fruit but finishes short and clean. Classic Sancerre with refreshing flavors. Mineral grounds the wine to maintain the balance.
