  August 30, 2012 - nose: nice and fragrant nose of lemon zest, minerals, almonds, white fruits and some green apples
  
  taste: medium bodied with medium+ acidity that is nice and fresh, but the depth is lacking on this and the mid-palate is somewhat hollow. Good balance with tones of lemon zest, minerals and white fruits.
  
  overall: slightly disappointing. The nose was quite nice, but there was a let down on the palate.
