  September 10, 2012 - Light straw color. Nutty, dried hay nose with mineral, peach and biscuit. A little Jura like. The palate combines sweet, rich mousse with vibrant acidity leading to a gorgeously long finish. I wish there was more complexity in this wine but the structure and length are extremely admirable.
