  September 21, 2012 - A way to describe this wine is to imagine a 50/50 blend of a bone-dry Chablis with a creamy California Chardonnay. The result is a wine that has strong citric notes and a core of minerality, wrapped by aromas of butterscotch and pop corn. It is actually nice to drink, but it comes across as a bit disjointed. It would have probably been better with less oak treatment.
