January 26, 2007 - Australia Day Dinner (Tagine - Chicago, IL): Intense smokey blue- and blackberry nose. Palate has big, ripe black fruits, pepper and french toast notes. Well stuffed. Fruit disguises big tannins with acid providing sufficient cut. Very fun to drink now.
