  October 6, 2012 - Opened for 20 min. Alluring nose with yeast, apples and ripe white fruit... It's difficult to move on from these intense aromas. On palate it has medium acidity, very minera with a yeast, calcareous feeling. Fruit is someohow hidden or gone, some citrus, some baked apple. It finishes with a medium to short finish. This started great but went downhill to the finish, palate (88+) did not stand to the bouquet (91+).
