  November 4, 2012 - Pale gold color. Nose still very restrained on this one- a bit of minerality, a bit of oak, and that's it. Rounds out a bit on the palate with lemon zest, saline and some vanilla, but never achieves the integrated concentration of flavors that distinguish the top rank Chablis. Very good quality for the price, but I am still left wishing for the full Chablis experience.
