  November 8, 2012 - For me on this night this stole the show, which is a little shocking for me as I tend to not like Cristal this young. Very elegant on the nose. Gorgeous lemon citrus, apple core along with mineral chalkiness (Chablis-like). Creamy, frothy attack with very similar favors as on the nose. Great length and acidity. Medium plus finish. So young but so good. Will only get better from here.
