November 11, 2012 - The nose is clean, medium in intensity, with predominantly lemon and lime aromas. The palate is dry, with pear and apple flavors. Very nicely balanced and with a light touch of oak, this is more Burgundian in style than Californian. Drinking well now but is likely to remain fresh and appealing for a couple of more years. A very good value at under $18.00, this paired really well with baked brie with pears.
